1. Eligibility for Returns
- Return Window: You may return items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Clothing must be free from any signs of wear or odor.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Final Sale: Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned.
- Personalised Products: Custom or personalised items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective
3. How to Return an Item
- Request a Return Authorisation: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Please provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
- Prepare Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags and any accessories or documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $50.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
- Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Refund Process
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.
